Imagine the sound of a drill, very similar to a dentist's drill, going all day long.
Imagine that this has been going on for months.
Imagine a hot classroom where you can't open the windows because of the noisy construction outside.
Imagine having to yell over the construction noise, just so students can hear you, even though you have the windows closed.
Imagine going, not just a little bit, batty.

ReplyDeleteOh that's awful! We currently have construction going on the floor below us. Squirrel has now not taken her daily afternoon nap since it started on Monday. For some reason the hammering and drilling doesn't lull her to sleep...I wonder why?
ReplyDeleteGood thing all the buildings here are well insulated! ...Oh.... wait...
ReplyDeleteHey Fuji Mama - that's just awful having the noise at home. At least I can go home at the end of the day to escape the noise!
ReplyDeleteHey Brad - well insulated buildings in Japan? Now you're just being silly!
